Toronto skyline as seen from the Spit.

Yesterday summer arrived in Toronto early. With clear skies and 24 degree temperatures, it’s hard to imagine that just over a week ago it was snowing. Man does the weather throw this city a curveball from time to time. There is no better way to enjoy such a beautiful day then by taking a sunset stroll on the Leslie St. Spit. The spit offers wonderful views of the city skyline as well as some great opportunities for bird watching in the newly developed wetlands. Sadly I didn’t have my DSLR with me and had to settle for using my Blackberry to take pictures.
